Falling Angel

She falls silently,
A noiseless scream,
Cast from Heaven,
An Angel unseen.
The wings they buckle,
As the wind helps them break,
She bites her lip in pain,
But the blood doesn't partake.
She may look Human,
But can she feel at all?
Look down at the suffering,
As you continue to fall.
Why take the helpless,
Or the children so young?
Why those in the womb,
Who have yet to be held by Mum?
Why allow us,
To be crippled by disease?
You were one of us once,
Can't you see?
What's the bigger picture?
What do we have to lose?
Why play with our heads,
Why the emotional abuse?
At the last moment,
Your speed slows,
As if in horror,
Of the show below.
A tear, I see,
In the depth of your eyes,
Let them slide down your cheek,
Show me you can cry.
All you can say,
As God halts you fall,
'Soon He'll help you,
Make sense of it all'...

Geeze this is deep Arty

I love it. They say that we are tested by our acceptance of the pain and suffering in the world, (Faith) but for me, I'd rather not be tested and stop it all. Rosina xena465

profound.

'The wings they buckle, As the wind helps them break, She bites her lip in pain, But the blood doesn’t partake.' Try 'the wings buckle' - i think it sound better without the 'they' also 'partake' doesn't do it for me maybe 'but no blood does she make'? just love 'Why take the helpless, Or the children so young? Why those in the womb, Who have yet to be held by Mum?' an excellent write L love judy xxx http://www.strategicpublishinggroup.com/title/TwentyMyPrettyPonies.html
