kismet on water

how sweet the nightfall
how delicate this moonlight
deepening in you

like Kismet on water
I surrender,
immersed

enchanted willows
whisper:
"come to me."

Merci beaucoup, Grassfield.

Merci beaucoup, Grassfield. I love your name. "there is a field. I'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass...." ~ Rumi "Just as what you dream is your own and no one else can observe it, so the world you see is your own." ~ Nisargadatta

you know how much I adore you and your poetry

but must you write every day? I feel a little thin-ness Cheers, Jess, Reprehensibly irrepressible, "the alleged short-cut to knowledge, which is faith, is only a short-circuit destroying the mind." [Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged]

Yes, Jess, you do feel my feelings. I am rather thin with words when I write every day. It's the stages I go through.... I feel fullness then I experience being emptied out, and my poetry is threadbare. Write everyday? If I don't I feel I haven't created something. Good bad or indifferent. Writing is the only thing that makes sense and remains a constant in my life. Everything else comes and goes. ~A "Just as what you dream is your own and no one else can observe it, so the world you see is your own." ~ Nisargadatta

I second that Weirdelf

Ann of Norway The simple gentle touch of a great master (mistress!) of poetry softly stirs the senses with its delicate arousal in the sleep of love. Yes we love you Anna dearest you, your treasure you bring out to show us now and then in our moonlit minds, Ann.

Ahhh.... Ann. You do me great honour. However, I am but an echo's whisper, fading into oblivion. ~A "Just as what you dream is your own and no one else can observe it, so the world you see is your own." ~ Nisargadatta

See...!- This is why i read poetry;

When all the world is as an infinite shadow agin' me, someone distant(yet maybe not) known only as thee writes; "The World is in Love" and i bow humbly for this kiss bog

Beautiful

Beautiful , fantastic use of imagery, but it reads like only part of the poem, it would be even better if you expanded it a little. love lou xxxxx
