A RIVER

THERE IS that  river .
a river of dreams and dillusions for poor man,
a river that has dreprived many a women of their offsprings,
where young girls lose their innocence to old man who promise them the opening gates of paradise ,
only  to be left mothers while they themselves are still infantsand carriers of cointagious diseases,
they are the needles that spread it around  ,
only then will they achieve their dreams of fame by became  statistics,
a being without a name,
a being without a background ,
society's little expirements, only then will a few will attempt to help,
but are too ignorant to scratch the surface so to search for symptoms of this forsaken life,
society always stands aside and allows tragedy to strike,
only  to say "  arrghshame, what went wrong

This is very deep

I love this for what you have covered on the pitiful evils in this world...well done Corprious. Just one suggestion, I just want to help if I can, ignore me if you wish. It's a great poem and would read much better if you brought down your longer lines. There's a few spelling mistakes too. If you'd like help just let me know. Rosina xena465

This is your poem with the corrections and I've bracketed the spelling errs on your original. I'm not great on grammar so I've just helped where I can. THERE IS that river. a river of dreams and delusions for poor man, a river that has deprived many a women of their offspring’s, where young girls lose their innocence to old man who promise them the opening gates of paradise, only to be left mothers? while they themselves are still infants and carriers of contagious diseases, they are the needles that spread it around only then will they achieve their dreams of fame by becoming statistics, a being without a name, a being without a background, society’s little experiments, only then will a few attempt to help, but are too ignorant to scratch the surface so to search for symptoms of this forsaken life, society always stands aside and allows tragedy to strike, only to say {“Argh} shame, what went wrong”? I don't know how to spell this slang word... [Argh] Rosina xena465

I don't mind helping, especially if someone wants help. I'm no expert so I can only do this to a certain degree. Rosina xena465
