like Gods, dreaming

i planted a seed
of You
inside the fertile soil
of my mind
You became rooted
deep into my heart
and i grew wings

I encircle the world now
joined
like wave to sea
like sky to earth
like love

we are Avatars here,
like gods we fly,
dreaming.....

Anna...

This is really beautiful and simple. As much as I love the simplicity of it I still feel like I want more out of it. Maybe its just because I love your language usage here I cant really tell...it just seems unfinished. <3 Emarie "i read you and see…that between the pen, paper and you…there is little room for me…" ~ heart breaker~ Go Live & Get Rewarded!!! Dreams….are our dreams

Dreams....are our dreams ever *finished*? And so it is that we each write our endings and have not ending that we can write of. Thanks for reading Emarie. ~A "Just as what you dream is your own and no one else can observe it, so the world you see is your own." ~ Nisargadatta

My Dear J-C. Perhaps in

My Dear J-C. Perhaps in reponse to Emarie... it goes beyond Barry and I, love extends to you and yours, his and hers and theirs; us and them, our world and the universe. In this we are Oneness, personified. ~ "Just as what you dream is your own and no one else can observe it, so the world you see is your own." ~ Nisargadatta

Simply Breathtaking!

You have proven once again that your muse is hard at work and decisively driven! This is a very readable poem that will undoubtedly linger in many a memory!

is the uneven use of

is the uneven use of capitals in "i" and "You" in the first two stanzas deliberate? i have no problem with it as is, i'm just curious... this is beautiful A... simple...feeling...evocative all the hallmark greeting poems there are, cannot compete with eloquent, thoughtful words. cheers p
