Life and Death

Death is with us from the moment we are born.
Some know it is there like a dark shadow
and accept it will come one day.

Whilst others fear it and do not live for the day.
There is nothing to fear but the in between
and what we do with our time here.

I want to live for each day. To feel alive again
I want to love and be loved, just to feel
To know that I am alive

I want to feel alive in body mind soul and spirit
to experience being held being loved totally.
To feel a woman completely to feel alive.
Is that too much too ask?

From water do we arrive, from water we are
washed back into the circle of life
to reappear else where
to live again.

As rain drops we all fall to the earth
as tear drops we all feel emotions.
As dew we go back into the
circle of life.

Welcome back Maggie

And with such a cracker too I love your wisdom in this write. We shouldn't dwell on impending death and live while we still can in the best possible way for as long as we've got quality of life in us...Brilliant. Rosina xena465

A touching appeal dear Maggie,

Ann of Norway A touching appeal dear Maggie, your prose poem works well, I hope it can bring results An appeal, if you want something too much it doesn't seem to tarry beside you, if you give what you wish to receive it might be given to you, I think from your personal point of view you try too hard to plead, the ones who are helped are those who help themselves, nobody wants to help the man who never washes his car, too lazy, but if he is washing it himself one is more than willing to help him, I hope this isn't being hard on you dear you we all wish you well and happy and most of all loved, you are loved by us, but we are not enough I know that, good luck in your life dear maggie jst be yourself and things can happen unexpected you never know in advance. Love to you lots of it, from Ann. "Is that too much too ask?"......second too=TOO!
