Moth Monument

dust of earthen
brush linger
past the post dusk
climb star risers
firing like hot nuetron ideal

I can drink my cups
as Pleiades yearns
past sweet swept balsam tops

out here in new grass meridian
past the rage of the tiny fire
the crackle of thoughts
bowhead clouds skim
dense atmosphere

and swim in lucent light
like angels giant
frothing in the break

moth to a

moth to a flame?...burnt, yet sated by the fire. who can say why a heart cries? only time why do your words reach me as they do? "words like verbs linger in the hush"? thoughts stretch, like elongated sinews on a chaise lounge...reaching out... do not thank me; i need to thank you p.
