THIS MONSTER’S CASTLE
My castle my fortressMy hole my denThis monster’s lairA sanctuary for this beast If your eyes pierce the shroudAnd you see through the windowIf somehow then you still walk to the doorIf you then knockGently enoughPersistently enough If you then say the right wordsTo the three-headed dogIn a voice kind enoughWith enough gentle conviction If you give him a treatAnd kindly tell himWith strength tell himThat you might give him moreIf he lets you inside Maybe the door will openIt just mightYou might regret itI might regret it
