Soft As a Winter Snow
Soft as a winter snow
You have dropped into my life
And touched my heart
Your beauty is your compassion
The gentleness of your touch
The deliberate kindness of your words
Reaches inside of me
And warms my heart
You are tender by design
It would hurt you
To hurt me
Because to you, I matter
You have seen the darkness
In my soul
And did not run away
You are not afraid
You touched my face
From a 1,000 miles away
And healed many wounds
In this old hobo
Hello my new friends, I would like to let you know that I am away from my home half of the month and that it is hard for me to make comments when I am away but I will try and get to all of my friends writings when I get back in town. hobo
