A Ghost Whispers of the Night
in the cascade of twilight
as days fingers stretched
one last grasp of light
over the horizon
I watched a silhouette
fall to its knees,
and wave
in its weeping
moving closer
it was as if
the fingers of day
reached over
and pulled you
under Azimuths cowl
shadow melts
into shadow
I was left wondering
in delusions of illusions
as I hear
the whispers
of ghosts
and watch
the fingers of darkness
encroaching ever closer
to the hem of my shroud
