City Of Despair

Shredded menBare kneed Tearing shamelessly  Begging forA better world To replace Suffering and turmoil That flows In their veins  Asking for the willTo embrace dark realities As they look to hope They see a wingless dove Chirping melancholically Thwarted by lost aspirationsSecluded from normalityWill they find humility In a city filled of despair

I don’t know Paul, I

I don't know Paul, I wingless dove chirping meloncholicly. I don't think so. I hope someone else ways in. But I am not feelin' it. Seems a little to corny for me. I did like the rest Paul. But your recent theme could use a bit of shaking up. In my opinion. Only reason why I say anything, is for you. Julie D.D.
