Aching to Touch

I sat and wondered
when beauty,
had vanished

a sharp lust cut me
to the core
at each small nick
of beauty,
I became a masochist

I then,
became an addict
to ache

I looked upon
the unmentionable,
I was made blind

I gorged on
the forbidden fruit,
taste has all but left me

I got high
on the smell of life,
ambrosia memories
are all that are left

I touched
the sacred tree,
and was banished
to live again

so I listened
with my heart,
to the symphony
that emanated
from you

beauty has found me
aching again,
it let me see
taste, and smell you,
so when I touched

there was no
going back, this time
I am addicted

Another great smell of a write

I really walked this one with you the author and this part I loved it alot Igorged on the forbidden fruit, taste has all but left me I got high on the smell of life, ambrosia memories are all that are left It seems like this one can go on and on.
