writer's block

there's a cloud in my head
threatening to sabotage my youth
the free flow of wisdom
succumbing itself to silence

an eternity of deliverance
gone out of nowhere
a place of prejudice
where sanity lives abundantly

there are others who suffer
the same state of numbness
a hollowed inside
with nothing in between

"what's the sense in telling?"

"have I gone mad?!"

no! there's just nothing...

...and the cursor, keeps on blinking...

Nice job

Nice job Alone97. I really like it. Miss talking to you. Carrying your own battle scars is a sign of your own strength. Carrying others battle scars is a sign of your very soul.

Hey my ALone

A great one here and try this,,,get in a quiet mood no noise at all and close your eyes and just start typing whatever comes out, You will be amazed and trust me the writers block or wall will open up. When you get done construct a poem or a blog of what you just wrote and you may be splendidly content with what you come up with. I do that once in a while and it always gets me in gear or lets me write something I was not aware of at the moment. Let me know how it works for you and yes I did miss seeing you and hope all is fine in your neck of the woods, or ocean for that matter. Love Mona oooooxoxoxox TIME well spent is TIME well lived

..Indi, funny how I wrote

..Indi, funny how I wrote the above poem.. I just came across the word on google.. then realized that a lot of people really go through such state, and its different from Alzheimer's Desease.. it is kinda scary really.. and I was writing this in between reports and other things... I was thinking, maybe I wasn't experiencing "writer's block" at all, but just having trouble which piece to write first..like you have mentioned above.. ..writing like most wonderful people here in NEO is a passion! ..guess i am just distracted, that this passion inside of me is simply overlooked at times when exhaustion over rules my being..but not my thoughts..i wouldn't want to think that I have no inspiration at all, since I just have to look around me.. ..thanks for the support my cool friend! :)

This must be a strangely disturbing sensation Alone:-

Ann of Norway Is it like the Doctor who shone a torch into the ear of the patient, the patient asked "Do you see anything" and as the light from the torch went through and lit the wall beside, and he replied: " No there's nothing here!" Oh how naughty of me dear sweet afflicted poet I mean no harm, just amusing myself and I hoped you? I know not of this state, as I have been like a waterfall that never stops, I don't really know why but as you imply I should just keep going in the hopes that it will never stop either; except that it takes all the time, noting all day everywhere I go so that the notes build up and the poems build up and soon we shall have to move out, as there will be no room for more. Not really a dilemma like yours and I sympathise, it must be uncomfortable, but then if it happened to me I would just do something else and wait for perhaps the return or not, as I rely on my inner sentiments and experiences to push something forward into consciousness, away from peripheral thought and into the perceptive field enough to create their forms in poetry-well it feels like that anyway. You make a sweet statement here and within it may lie some seeds of quickening of the mind to fire those synapses to create again. Love to you and good luck its May now and the world is awakening, or is it Autumn where you are like Australia? Ann.

Right now we are having a very hot dry summer.. :) Lots of Love to you too!!! (HUGS included)
