Memories of the Iris
Running through gardens, Rolling in the grass. Its killing me not getting to continue this,I just wanted this experience to always last!Well I guess its over now with a miss... We did our best, Iris amazing the crowd,Master Good getting unending laughs! But his opinion, the only one allowed,Shot us down out of the clouds. No one saw it coming, the impending doom.We all just sat, being swept away like dust with a broom. So now we wait for next year,Hoping for more... but with a little fear.
We all go our separate ways, Leading our lives as we might.Everyone loves these days,But we miss it every night.
So the thought passes through our mind,
"Will it ever be like this again?"
Most likely not, but who knows with our kind!
We can go as far as the dreams we spin.
And it ends, with a tear, a smile.
A hug.. a kiss.. boy will i miss this time.
