Winter in Fairyland
Winter in Fairyland. The Fairies and the little folk are all busy playing in the snow. Each tiny face is smiling with delight as their shiny faces glow.A snow man they have built it is taller than the average man.Now they throw some snowballs it is only a part of their plan. The snowman has a large top hat with ribbons that are green. To knock the hat from off his head is left to the Fairy Queen. Her Majesty joins in the fun and knocks the hat to the ground. The Snowman patiently stands there from him not a sound. The Little folk have found a piece of cardboard for a sledge. They are sliding so fast down the hill straight into my hedge. Now all of the animals in Fairyland want to join in the fun.It is very funny to see all the rabbits sliding down the run.The pond in my garden is frozen it is covered in thick ice.The fairy children are skating which is after all very nice. All have a liking for my home-made sweet chocolate cake.I got up rather early in the morning a dozen cakes to bake. The Fairy Queen produced hot drinks from out of nowhere.I and all the little folks we ate and drank without a single care.Snow will fall again tomorrow the man on my old radio said. The day has passed so quickly it is now time for my bed.I will tell you about tomorrow on some other day in the week. Now it is time you know for me and the little folks our beds to seek
