Demon and Angel
She wrapped herself in the the light-less shadows,
Coated in a sheet of heat less trench,
Solitude and peace come into one,
And one they remain,
Her eyes as frozen ice desert nights,
Smile cruel and false,
Beauty personified I'll admit,
But my heart and light recoiling,
In fear and doubt,
My heart trapped in knowledge,
That I am enthralled and remain thus,
He stood there in his robes of dark-less light,
A halo of white gold robes,
Love and charity are hand in hand,
All foreign knowledge to one of the dark,
Eyes so expressive,
And of a springtime warmth,
A smile light and true,
A divine in my realm of night,
But my empty heart wants him,
Too taint him to and turn in him cold,
His will be mine and nothing else shall,
His lust will become loving devotion,
And in the darkness I will succumb,
The light shall fall to me,
Demon and angel,
A demon's soar to fallen angel,
Fallen angel wrapped around the demon,
Into the eternal night.
