Sprinkled Spice

 Laced in white
like a forest at dawn

lies a city in slumber
with snow covered lawns

unsuspected
a coming thats filled

suburbia's boundaries
with white windy chills

Drips that have built
to forms made of ice

brightened with sparkles
like frost sprinkled spice

joined in rows
that outline their form

are flakes that are endless
arrangements adorned
