Wounded Soul

Like soldiersIn battle I continue On fighting  I should haveLeft so many times I saw life In a dying yesterday My heart Listened to symphonies Of a sweet voice  The door was wide open I waited for tomorrow It has yet to come The feeling of weaknessFelt soothing Being slowly dismantled Seemed euphoric  I could have said goodbyeSomehow I forgot the wordsNow I count the risksUntaken

That was GREAT! loved it

That was GREAT! loved it here, loved your formatt and flow. We still need to exnay the caps for everyline. Sometimes the battles take the stage. Life in a dyeing yesterday, My heart Listened to symphonies Of a sweet voice I should have said goodbye but somehow forgot the words now I count the risks untaken Man who pumped your phrasing up with steroids! Amazing. This is now my favorite of yours. I don't talk favorite very often, this was worth saying it. Way to go! Julie D.D.

One of your best

simple yet beautifully effective language. The feeling transitive to any sensitive soul. My only problem the stanza- My heart Listened to symphonies Of a sweet voice veers perilously close to cliche.
