it blows all the time

it
blows all the time
new winds
with wood anemone scent and small blue butterflies fluttering

weight
from the center of the earth
from the magma
with the hot breathe of myrrh and cardamon

in fairytales
it is always the witch who mixes
the magic potion
that distorts your vision and transforms your heart

here
I think it is the howling of the wind
that seduces you
and perhaps
all these songs of longing     defeating    wild

you walk across
unknown sharp landscapes
hunting

and

you
have
since long ago been allied with
the devil

in the wind I hear the sound of your breathe
in the rain I see your shining eyes
your  tracks from no mans land
I see everywhere
as small black sores everlasting daisies

everyday
I speak with you
show you angel snow and powder rain
small and soft bunnies

we see each other with soft eyes

the grey mild dusk is always yours

Iam waiting until you are ready

                                 waiting for reconciliation

Dear O

I have reread and I have to say, it is perfect. I felt transfixed as the picture painted by your words swirled in my mind. Your poetry has a calming effect and I sometimes need that. I noticed you have written breathe, should you lose the e? I find we all have a slight difference in spelling some words, but that is no problem, I read and felt it all. Love to you and yours. Lyz. Molly

Not sure if you are hearing someone in the wind at different times, this seems to carry on throughout the poem and the theme is very good and seems to be gentle and the words flow the only place where it moves away from your thoughts is:- you walk across unknown sharp landscapes hunting and you have since long ago been allied with the devil This did not seem to go with the theme unless you bring in one of the Badland winds that etches the stones, or have I missed the point here, Yours Ian.T

This poem needs a little air in it where it etches the landscape into sharp rocks as all winds do, as most of your verses mention some wind Chinook;- A type of foehn wind. Refers to the warm downslope wind in the Rocky Mountains that may occur after an intense cold spell when the temperature could rise by 20 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit in a matter of minutes. Also known as the Snow Eater. (Weather Channel Glossary) Or even start this one with the old musical wind (Maria) Some wind that etches the landscape to fit in with the other stanzas where you have mentioned the wind. Maria/Chinook or one of those winds you walk across unknown sharp landscapes hunting and you have since long ago been allied with the devil Hope this will help in the Edit of this poem and give it an edge, trouble with using Maria is that most will not remember the wind from the musical and will think it is anti Maria LOL, Take care hope this has been of help, Yours Ian T

Thank You Ian for coming

Thank You Ian for coming back to my page and poem. I havent heard very much about the winds Maria/Chinnok before but find it very interesting. When I grew up in France we had the Mistral in the area of Provence which could be very powerful with winds reaching up to speed of 100 km an hour. I like your suggestions and when I find the time I will edit my poem. (Maria is my absolute favourite name because of Maria Magdalena ( Mary Magdalene) who is my idol 'figure' in the bible.) love. o molly

Another of your great stories...

Another of your great stories here, love the start with the wind, as if you initially carried by that breeze, floating along and that builds to a storm with howling winds taking you to the wild creature that eyes you with such mutual respect and you can find in its heart from cloudburst gifts of crushed diamond snow and crystalised rain that shimmer in iridescence, to find the crack in that molten magma heart to sooth it and be reconciled once more... I hope you don't have to wait to long! Has a great fairy tale theme with good balance of good/evil woring to cancel each other out and be as one and in harmony... great twixting of emotions to make us sympathise with both of them. Thanks for sharing Molly, and I hope you have a wonderful easter! With a huge smile for you! Dale :)

I Know...

Molly I know most of the time your write free-flowingly and write what you find in your spirit and heart both spontaneously and with such heartbeat rhythms that you do not often come back and edit ones you ahve already post, but often rewrite the whole piece, however i beg that you reconsider in this case because it has such great sentiments and is cleverly writeen as only Molly can do... maybe you do need a few little tweaks here and there but don't take down such wonderful work just because it needs some little changes! No, no, no, please Molly leave it up and let the reader enjoy such wonderful writings! I did have some easter eggs and had a great time with some of my family, it was so cosy and the beauty of easter really does come alive, with rebirth and all the chicks that are hatched from eggs for new beginings is always a delight... but the real beauty lies within the soul... and you imbue your writing with that everytime... and I mean everytime Mooly, that is your natural talent! Thanks for dropping on by and I am so glad you had a great time this easter... hope the fun and frivolity last forever! Dale :)

Hello

Seems I have called you Old Molley somewhere, instead of Odd Molly...To your poem, I see from some of the above that you feel this one needs to be worked on, and that you are not totally happy with it...I am a'wondering if this poem in part is from a past that one might have had to leave behind with love incomplete or partly broken, it reads that way to me somehow...a witch's song, a once bewitched's song, and so it seems to me that the ending is a "more here and now" in that it somehow transforms...and so therefore, I am not so sure if this is a poeme to be unhappy about...or maybe that's it...the unhappyness that was..mayhaps and perhaps it sings its own, in part, ragged song...I love it...kindly, Sensoul (Liv)
