Grace

Floating motionless,

astir around

a dark tunnel of nothingness.

Being, aware,

the moment all.

A pinpoint glint

a beacon

a circle of manifest

widening into

a blaze of calm grace.

Revealing illumination

more vivid than a cloudless day

exposing

harmonious peace,

compassionate warmth,

utter, unqualified love,

blissful joy, laughter,

serenity,

acceptance.

Swinging doors.

In another place I wipe clean

a stain.

About This Poem

About the Author

Region, Country: Western Australia, AUS

Favorite Poets: Favourite poets? So many, so varied. I like particular songs, not necessarily the singer... and the same goes for poetry. I can honestly say though, that Alfred Noyes' The Highwayman was what inspired my love of poetry - my mother began reading it to me when I was still a baby, and it became my favourite bedtime story

Judyanne, you know what love is.

Ann of Norway O. The O of the circle as it spreads, not in the ripples of waters but in the whole of our experience of wholeness, oneness, encircled and yet the circle oneself at the same time expanding and expanding, embracing and embracing, filling and filling, instilling and instilling, and being, just being a most precious special blissful joy that, like the warmth of the sun seeps through our senses and makes them feel good, wonderfully good, like God. Such a beautiful way to express the inexpressible emptiness that can hold all. Yes you know what love is judyanne dear you, annanya.

I liked the way it is seen

I liked the way it is seen as a reality and a dream all combined, whether you meant the past in the beginning and bringing yourself back to the present or a pleasant dream from which you had awakened I was unsure. I took it as the dream...lovely write.
