in the art of making love (on the other side of the mountain)

when engaged in the art of making love
one will need two benefactors
and two theories,
in consideration thereof, an alliance
takes place,
gradually,
almost imperceptibly
ascending,

a momentum is an audible crescendo
building,
twin flames are recaptured
and surrendered to the gist of things:
how a man and woman find themselves
in one embrace, lost for all time in the
moment that is art in their making.

wild geese fly overhead, a temple
gong is struck

Hi

Been a long time I read from you. This is really good, almost graphic in its detail.I particularly liked the ending part, where the geese are flying and the gong is sounding, but the lovers are so engaged in each other that they don't notice.

Alchemy…. two becoming

Alchemy.... two becoming one. Thanks for reading my dear EC, COS. Love, Anna Words must be used like stepping stones: lightly and with nimbleness, because if you step on them too heavily, you incur the danger of falling into the intellectual mire of logic and reason. - Balsekar

Hi, I am pleased to see you

Hi, I am pleased to see you again. Yes, the last sentence also refers to the mountain that two lovers climb in their passion...beyond noticing anything but. ~A Words must be used like stepping stones: lightly and with nimbleness, because if you step on them too heavily, you incur the danger of falling into the intellectual mire of logic and reason. - Balsekar

UR Art

You surpass the art of love making All guys and gals I have come across On the Internet know nothing Beyond lusting. What of art you say Is so very true For your art alone We all love you. Make love, not war, Leave lust behind Art is an art That only your lovely Poetic thought only You can us remind. LOVED

the art...for thou art honored-

is it not the mountain high and valley low- and all within and out our lovers go? is not all life, not un-noticed, but there boisterously quiet; a sunrise waiting to burst forth in smile, the wind breath baited but held the while in honor; who foolish would move a mountain for the peak poses the mile too many? for there shall be nothing upon the mountain between Heaven and Earth but the bridge of Love.

hi

fine poem, especially liked the dry legalistic tone of the first verse, unusual.
