filled with freedom a bell

liberty for peace
day's filtered light
protection for justice
from the dreams

candles that burned
to sensor the way

to make better this day

rules that weren't followed
security from all
the ways of correction
taped then recalled

as dogs of a pair
with ears long and brown
companions for leaders
now buried in grounds

plenty of voices
from echoing calls
barbed wire reaches
now lined against walls

a calling to share
with us your way
strength of your country
by words you say

to live
love with freedom
the care that we need
sharing truths of this country
please help us be free

before life's extinction 
we plead for your hand
