MORTAL EMBERS
Embers burn even when
passion escapes me
residing in this vault of
thoughts admittance to
which is sacred .
A combination of fragrance
wafting effortlessly as if limp
on a breeze, destination
coming to rest where it does .
Like seedlings scattered on
fallow ground taking root in the
absolute , dwelling within as
how the earth felt when she was
young .
In time the spoil shall own this
mortal flesh, dis-dressed from all
that binds me the ever after find me .
