Out of a Storybook

You would look me in the eye
As the heavy door swung open.
The diamonds on my shoes
Would reflect in the warm summer sun.
The congregation would smile
And pass pleasant judgement
As my emborided satin dress
Would flow like a river
Gracefully, over the fresh green grass.
Floating down the decorated chapel
Our hearts would never part
And at that moment we would be forever
And I'd know this was something out of a story book.

In a way, yes it is a little

In a way, yes it is a little cynical. And thankyou. I agree, like wise I do not like to be logged on to and online thesaurus whilst writing. I think a word means what it means and we should not try to over complicate. :) Evie
