Out of a Storybook
You would look me in the eye
As the heavy door swung open.
The diamonds on my shoes
Would reflect in the warm summer sun.
The congregation would smile
And pass pleasant judgement
As my emborided satin dress
Would flow like a river
Gracefully, over the fresh green grass.
Floating down the decorated chapel
Our hearts would never part
And at that moment we would be forever
And I'd know this was something out of a story book.
As the heavy door swung open.
The diamonds on my shoes
Would reflect in the warm summer sun.
The congregation would smile
And pass pleasant judgement
As my emborided satin dress
Would flow like a river
Gracefully, over the fresh green grass.
Floating down the decorated chapel
Our hearts would never part
And at that moment we would be forever
And I'd know this was something out of a story book.
