I'm sorry

Being pulled apart
Piece by painful piece
I take all the blame
Because your putting it on me

You say it's my fault
And I guess it is
I thought I loved you
I don't think I really did

Again I call upon Lady Alana
Her strength, her bravery
Our beings merged
so, that I can work

On fighting the hell you put me in
You cry, i'm sad You scream in rage
I didn't mean to
I never meant to hurt you

Your pain brings me pain
And I don't know why
I can't stand the thought
Of doing you harm

Lady Alana is fighting the both of us
I don't want to give in
But, it's the only way I can save you
So, have a fun good life

I'm out of it
Live it the way you want
Love whoever you want
Be whoever you want

I'm sorry I didn't mean to
I didn't want to hurt you
I'm so sorry, man
Your my friend, but we're done

Dear Alice

There must be a lot of this going around Ive read a few writes with people falling out with friends only one thing in the third last stanza I think Save instead of safe would work better but a write full of angst and pain ... I would love to see you expand this concept look forward to reading more from you kind regards Love Jayne-Chloe

Very well done. Sad that

Very well done. Sad that things turned out the way they did. Good luck with getting back on your feet, I'd offer my hand, but I know you're stubborn, and will just ignore it.

You got that right

Thanks for the offer though and maybe someday I'll take your helping hand but, for right now I'll fight on my own and carry my own battle scars. Odi et Amo ( I love and I hate)

i love and enjoyed this piece of poetry, its one word the people of the world seldom say when its due to said, if all man can make it a habit rule to say this word, the world be no need for wasting tax payers monies in funding wars of hate.this word is stronger than big guns. best regards chumfin

Carrying your own battle scars is a sign of your own strength. Carrying others battle scars is a sign of your very soul.
