Gulp.This hits home,

Gulp. This hits home, Lennie... you have no idea. A friend from California emailed me back a poem I wrote recently. I asked what he was doing up so late? He said he just took all kinds of pills (his 3rd attempt at suicide in the 3 plus years I know him) I sent that email to all his friends, asking them to take notice. I'm afraid to call his phone. He hung up on me when I told him to get help (after all why else would he send me that email?). ~A Words must be used like stepping stones: lightly and with nimbleness, because if you step on them too heavily, you incur the danger of falling into the intellectual mire of logic and reason. - Balsekar

I am reminded

of the closing line, in a Pink Floyd Song.. The Phone is such an impersonal item, how ever have we become so dependent upon it, and what becomes of mental evolution, when we submit to such a device? in ink, Dabbler

Hey Dabs

How much information can the mind deal with? I have trouble recalling words that once popped up in my thought with no problem. Am I getting old? Is my mind getting overloaded? Will the information highway be cause for that idea of faster evolution? Cool thoughts to ponder.. Right now I just try and keep up with me without running into meself :) Mark Resilient Flexibility
