meadows and tufts

my heart floats on your sea of fire,
my Love,

a seagull
swoops down, shrieking
grey clouds,
I am undisturbed,

the sparrow and I
sing vespers

a nesting urge

I am adrift in a fragrance,
green, springtime becomes
me... meadows and tufts
of flame.

Yes, the suspended feeling of mother earths expressions

Ann of Norway You suspend yourself just above, and as you do your spirit fly's, your fiery embrace of flamed grasstufts and the cries of sea gulls describe the colours of home's sanctitude, made hot in the sun of Summer meadows, nested in the flight of a birds wing. My Anna, my sister, my friend. Anuska.

yes,

like exotic beauty, this; exotic beauty is a source of wonder, for although it may be unfamiliar it may also be beauty personified

One of the things that makes your poetry so

appealing to me is the juxtaposition of contraries (i.e., floating and nesting; fragrance and color) - a loosening of boundaries that is not chaotic. I also nominate this one.

Unusual

Meadow and fire: unusual combination of images. I like especially "the sparrow and I sing vespers"; it is very good to say!

The earth sings it’s song

The earth sings it's song to you and you listen. Your keen sense of nature and spirituality is always evident in your writing even to the thunder and lightning of your keen dissecting storms. Deep greens and blues are the colors we choose. Let us go down in our dreams, and rockaby sweet baby Ann.
