blue wall
holds the sunsets
burning in fiery ribbons

tastes cool rains
on thick hot lichen days
and shelters wild things

this shattered edge
this edge of rift
where thermal
spirits lift

Thick hot lichen days…now

Thick hot lichen days...now there is a contrast to ponder on You seem to find the minute detail and pare it beautifully. The ordinary view makes me place it with Haiku mentally and although not ....an element of it remains. Seabhac

The dipper hides beneath the waterfall

Ann of Norway Mr boxes are you so, you're definitely not square. Oh blue blue wall, your contrast flamed across with ribbons of light. The dipper hides beneath the waterfall in lichen bed, warm, taste the spray of Summer's day. On the brink of up draughts we soar on high, on high, so high our spirits fly. So subtle and so fine the contrasts of colours their opposites displayed, the heat and cold, the rough and smooth, the wet and dry. I you espy, a poet nigh, from Anna dalla Norvegia. So lovely is your pen poised on the edge of Zen. Esker=boxes in Norsk.

Falling free, yet in captivity

Ann of Norway And we, and we shall catch you falling free, yet in captivity you are quite safe so fill your face with kisses of friendship kind in us close friends you'll find. Not leaving out Joe, you know! glad to get a glimpse of you, love to you dear Steven from Ann.

I remember the bike

feeling so stupid the pedalls spinning the chain making a noise and going over the handlebars in slow motion crashing down on the handlebar and feeling hearing the shoulder break skidding along the ground and slowly trying to get up all the people gathering around I just felt like a fool free falling locking my bike to the metal fence and the ride to the hospital like this is me this is happening to me and writing poetry is that feeling foolish and then seeing it in black and white and reading my name on it this is me this is happening to me

THIS IS A GEM

Ann of Norway Whatever it was connected with is connected with, will be connected with, it is just a GEM of a poem that I shall treasure. I'm back again and still love it Steven of the penetrating eye, you see and breath nature despite all your concrtee dreams and places of abode, you never forget as you sit sipping your coffee beside the old net curtains, looking out at the back yard; the wilds that are part of you heritage. Love as aye Ann.
