Pollution is now a masterpiece,
A nightmare grave to see.
Songs die over the mist,
How will we pay our burden free?

I went looking for lonely poems to comment on, and found your nice little piece here. Some suggestions: I don't see how the title relates to the poem exactly. I like the conceit set up in line one, likening pollution to a masterpiece. Well done. I also like the sonics and imagery in line three. Considering tightening it up a bit, swapping "free" for fee, and flipping question and answer: Pollution is now a masterpiece, A nightmare grave to see. Songs die over the mist, How will we pay our burden free?
