Longish No
Longish No!
The road commenced aeons ago,
Now in the midst we traverse,
Towards the eternities of time.
Where times’ shall end
One can’t in poetry rhyme
It’s a longish one endless,
Where did it commence
To where it shall go,
It’s not with in my life’s dominion
Nor imagination,
It’s a longish one, no!
My comment alongside again
There is nothing new
In this world
We came along,
A longish way in time
We write poetry
Just to rhyme,
Then when its time
We ride away.
Its part of a long story
Some one,
A pair wrote,
In seminal ink
Long, long
Times’ way,
Aeons away
If you may say,
We shall continue
For ever the same old seminal game
That only we all shall
For millennia’s hence play.
