A days journey

Heard the morning chorus
Cheep cheep cheep.

Driving on the motorway
Beep beep beep.

Caught in a traffic jam
Creep creep creep.

All the angry drivers
Bleep bleep bleep!**

Kids in the back seat
Weep weep weep.

Cross the Welsh border
Sheep sheep sheep.

Saw a lovely castle
Keep keep keep.

Watched a lovely sunset
Seep seep seep.

Reached our destination
Sleep sleep sleep.

Normally I am not a fan of these kind of repetative writes but this ones a gem I really loved it and it reminded me of roadtrips when the kids where little and that sleep sleep sleep was good at the end of a day lol kind regards Jayne-Chloe

When I was a kid we lived in

When I was a kid we lived in the country and did a lot of driving. My mother used to lead us all in song. This would have been a fun one to have. It could go on forever, changing the word to rhyme as needed, couldn't it. Very clever Judy
