Vanity

You old unforgiving fool,
the mighty wind swirls ridicule.
Rising from chared ashes,
the wounded sensibility rehashes.
What an idiot are you
to dwell perpetually on your foe.
Linger no more, for it's extravagant,
yearn for a passionate nonchalant.
Disburden your verbigerate anguish
with exhilarate sensitivities if you wish.
Relinguish inept selfishness
and squash ambiguous effervesce.
Perceive your pompousness
as an integration of your uniqueness.
Unearth the Universe, an exquisite mentor,
eternally sated in splendor.
