Unveiling Time
Wise men wrote with rooted past
Of knowledge keen that time won’t last
An age shall pass but leave its scars
Of fortunes told held by the stars
The course is set, I’ve placed my bid
Align thy piece within its grid
To each his own I’ve found my place
Thus watch me move into this space
Knights have valor it’s quite well known
While kings have queens beside their throne
Get what you can while you still have time
To soon will end this riddled rhyme
The end of days unveils the truth
Of what was missed within our youth
And when you gaze upon your star
The light is key, it’s who you are
Father time he harkens near
Forget me not a wolf was here
Words speak loud without much proof
Yet who’d have guessed that it’s the truth
Of what I speak just made up stories
Yet in too deep you’ll see my glories
Champs will conquer this life’s charade
That duality’s role seeks to evade
Life in white or life in black
Simplicity works where colors lack
