Symbiotic growth
You crept under my skinLike a symbiotic OrchidRooted in my coreYou took only what you neededTo grow - no more, andFlowered magnificently inwardsYour beauty fed my soulLeft in me an echo of loveliness You developedHigh up in treetopsNurtured by your host.I walked unseen beneath youEpidermal layers twitchingOn the brink of awareness Later, you blossomedThe scent touched in me thenThe unspoken reconnectionYou were seeded in loveGrown in the light of loveSheltered in a forest of tender touchesThose whose lives you touchAre enrichedAs mine is.
