Facade
This forced word falls as sweat to roll off paper sheets;
as wrinkled as my tear stained cheeks, rejecting inky black regret .
This forced smile falls from shallow eyes, to roll off tapered teeth,
as yellowed by the words I speak, reflecting lies in cheap disguise .
This Forced hope falls from an empty head, to roll off borrowed ground,
as awkward as the tears of clowns, reliving lies of fools long dead.
This forced love falls as blood, to roll off plastic meat ,
as hollow as my last heart beat, resisting sorrows endless flood.
This forced life falls to death, to roll off sacred soil ,
as cast off as this mortal coil, forcing out my dying breath.
By Jove !
as wrinkled as my tear stained cheeks, rejecting inky black regret .
By Jove !
