Sunshine

Shadows stalk a moonlit night
Horizon meets mountain
Vague figures take shelter

A storm awakens
The blazing fire rises
The burning tempest takes control

Vast hordes of burning legions
Charging to my window
Overwhelming with burning sensation

I turn and worship the fire in the sky
Letting it overflow me with joy
Only my sunshine

Take me into your arms
Turning me into your messenger
Sending out the new day is a glory to behold.

Let the butterflies out
Taking in the coldness of heart
And leaving us all awestruck.

Oh my sunshine you're an amazing thing to behold.

you block out the sun but you love love love it?

first three stanzas were lke a long intro leading to not much. a little vague, i've read a few just like this. find more personilazation. put more of yourself in there. great rythm, some good imagery. don't ever stop
