Killer Valentine
Full moon
Perfect night
Anxiously she awaits
Beneath the dim street light
Checking her watch
Wondering where he was
Hoping the wait
Wouldn't be too long
From behind the wall
He slipped
Through the darkness
He came
Wrapping his hands
Around her throat
Hello Baby
He whispered
Sorry I'm late
Hope you didn't think
I forgot our date
Roses inked
In blood of the freshest kind
He gave to her
With love in mind
Tonight's dinner
Thrown over his shoulder
A foot still hanging out
There would be plenty of leftovers about
She smiled and breathed in
Glad he made it
Dinner first
Then his present
For dessert
Roast leg of former spouse
Glazed in a marrow sauce
Didn't break their heart
To eat that louse
His ex was better off
Without him
Killer winked his eye
Sipping on formaldehyde wine
In all his years
He had never seen
Anything so fine
DeMona stood, feeling his call
Crawling across the table
Baring it all
Stealing his lady
From her wooden perch
Up the stairs
They went
Rolling on to the bed
Firing up the sheets
Brutal love making
Raises the heat
Wiping the sweat
From their brow
Quietly they lay
Thinking to themselves
This was the perfect way
To spend Valentines Day
Perfect night
Anxiously she awaits
Beneath the dim street light
Checking her watch
Wondering where he was
Hoping the wait
Wouldn't be too long
From behind the wall
He slipped
Through the darkness

Around her throat
