Nice one Tam, short and to

Nice one Tam, short and to the point...of a sharp beak! I'm in Coylton, by the by, where are you? I've an owl who, twit to-woos in the dead of night up here, a delight to listen to. Sincerely, Kob.

Dear Ian,

a good enough attempt at haiku, for a first, and with your trademark sprinkle of humour too. Traditional haikus do not make use of onomatopoeia or rhyme. You just couldn't resist, could you? So, let's put tradition in a closet and lock it. I like your way better. Yours, ~Nina

Haiku, Lowku, Thanku

Inkdragonlady prises open the old, battered, wardrobe in the dingey dark, hall. The cobweb covered corpse of our hero's first Haiku topples forward and crashes onto the floor, raising a cloud of dust. The plane ticket to Tokyo , first class on Kami- Kaze airlines, bursts into flames on the mantelpiece. Our hero etc. etc. Thanks, Nina Love Ian
