till day

in such a simplicity you are found
and lost
as the curved line  defies an eye to see
and hold or know
this wind song of the bending grasses
on dunes of time as  sand

within

your lips are these
 electric stings of  touch
as your flame melts
to soft wax

  the moon lake
sparkle of such  dreams

I am
as you speak into form
a  distant breath
released into your mouth
my life

and i may
as sunlight walks your hair
have eyes

and i may
as night descends
your caressing flowers
of music

hold you till day
is silence

"As sunlight walks your hair"

Oh that wind swept sand that fiercely stings the face, the bending grasses the lyre, and the sting the electricity of beauty. "As sunlight walks your hair" is a strange yet enticing thought. I shall have to further digest this before I say more dear Barry, You fling the reader here and there on those dunes and I must stand up to avoid becoming dizzy, will be back. Oh lucky lady, lucky lady she deserves it I know. Rock on dear Barry, rock on!! This is lovely, sensuous too. My love to you too from Ann of a grey snow day.

My darling Barry, ‘tis

My darling Barry, 'tis your birthday today and I bear no gifts other than my love for you. I have nothing else to give to you, not even a poem for as sunlight breaks into dawn and the dawn feeds my emptiness, I am desire itself. Yours. Yours. ~A

O Barry boy, O Barry boy

O Barry boy, O Barry boy, I see it is your birthday boy, I'm happy for your happiness, and wish the elements to bless, as much else there is I could address, suffice it with my joy. You're a fine poet and no mistake, if I flatter you enough, I might get some cake, but oh no, its for another, so celebrate, my brother you couldn't have a better, better lover HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU now, from Ann the ancient cow (well it rhymed!!- and it could be that wonderful one in Tutan Khamon's tomb studded with Lapis Lazuli and other precious stones the sight of which I give you as your present from me, he! he! or moo! moo!)
