That Smile Above Your Chin

And yes I have strong feelings on the cases of rape/abuse/domestic violence/torture. When it involves a young child I am more at wits with it. No woman, no child, no man, no boy, no elders, NO human being should ever have to endure these type of violations brought against them. Should I ever become a prosector I guarantee to the fullest extent of the law they would pay for this indispicable violation that we hear of so often in our society. Slapping someone on the wrist for this behavior is just unacceptable. As I work closely with all kinds of abuse this is the one with children that really gets to me the most. I have much compassion for all types of people of abuse.That is why they seek me for I help them get back in the drivers seat and live their life anew. Abuse does not have a color, an age, a status, nothing. It comes in all walks of life, even a pet. I will maybe someday do a blog of this, maybe maybe not. To any and all of you that have ever had this type of violation done against you remember the healing begins with you. Open the door let it in. Begin the healing process as it just does not go away on it's own. I read many a poem on here of feelings and hurts and also crys for help. There is one more thing I have to say. By writing, whether it be a poem, a blog, a short story it is a beginning, a wonderful tool to use as it has helped many others to get it out for fear to speak of it. Keep writing. Find a person whom you really trust that will understand just what your going through and again write, write, write. It is the most prized possession you have the almight pen and paper. If you have to write it and crumple it up and throw it to the wind or into the fire that may work just right for you. If it dosent then continue your thoughts and words in your writings and also know that alot of people are out there to help you. Seek and you shall find. Peace will come again. You know Dani you have the power to change your life and with the help of people who really care you can make it happen. Your a beautiful young woman with many hopes and desires in life..go out and make them and keep writing. Write a happy poem if you can and focus on the positive and the book by your bedside!!
