H.O.R.S.E.

"H"
The work-horse rides into Edmondchuck , dismounts the "Dog" .
Gritting his teeth on the cold bit of winter, he trades his youth for pay.
The high-horse drops into Edmondchuck , got a monkey on his back .
Broken and saddled he's losing the battle . dreaming of more potent hay .
The iron-horse chugs into Edmondchuck , and he just thinks he can .
He blows his stack down at the track, much to his dismay .
The hobby-horse rocks into Edmondchuck , spurred on by a bet .
One track mind, he's left behind , a mare with a colt on the way .

The work-horse trades his wild oats,.while the high-horse smokes his share.
The iron-horse blew his at the track, and the hobby-horse just couldn't care.

"O"
The plow-horse pulls into Edmondchuck , her life can be a drag .
"I ain't what I used to be, they take it out on me, now I'm old and grey .
The gift-horse sneaks into Edmondchuck , and he's got something to hide .
The deal goes south when he opens his mouth, he can't even give it away !
The race-horse shows into Edmondchuk , it's not his fault he failed .
He seals his fate at the starting gate, blaming it on the Bay .
The carousel-horse spins into Edmondchuck , and she's taken you for a ride .
A painted pony, she's always a phony , for a price she'll let you play .

The plow-horse sewed her wild oats, the gift-horse can't give his away .
The race-horse blames his loss on you, and the carousel-horse makes you pay.
"R"The quarter-horse comes fourth into Edmondchuck, he's got no place to go .
All dirty and strange, begging for change, in your face he's gonna stay .
The charley-horse limps into Edmondchuck , his life can be a pain .
Whine and whine this sickly equine , never admits he's ok.
The crazy-horse skips into Edmondchuck , he dumber than the post .
Not a lick of horse sense, man is he dense,  as he dives into the fray .
The rocking-horse rolls into Edmondchuck , got something important to say .
Long mane and guitar, he's bound to go far, it's you children he's trying to sway.
.
The quarter-horse sold his oats for change, the charley-horse whined his away .
The crazy-horse didn't know he had any oats,  and the rocking-horse puts his on display .
"S"The draft-horse enlists into Edmondchuck , to be the best he can be .
He's ready to try, to do it or die , his country he'll never betray .
The sea-horse bobs into Edmondchuck , as the reigns snap on his back .
He closes his eyes, as life races by , blindly he's led astray .
The mud-horse wallows into Edmondchuck , and he's one gigantic pig .
It never fails, he'll tip the scales, he's always getting his way .
The pommel-horse leaps into Edmondchuck , he can take a punch .
He's no clown, he'll go ten rounds, he thinks it's child's play.

The draft-horse protects your wild oats,  the sea-horses washes away .
The mud horse tries to get your share,  and the pommel-horse thinks it's all play !
"E"The wild horse parties into Edmondchuck , he knows how to have fun .
A big killer smile and some crack in a vial, when he shows they all shout "HURRAY" !
The pack-horse is shipped into Edmondchuck , with the weight of the world on his back .
Computer's got bugs, his kids are on drugs,  it seems they just can't say neigh .
The Trojan-horse drags into Edmonchuck , he's just full of surprises.
He's up to no good with his head made of wood , and a heart made out of clay .
The dead-Horse is buried into Edmondchuck , they laid his bones to rest .
In dog food cans he'll meet new demands , for his spirit we all should pray .

The wild-horse wants your kids wild oats . The pack-horses' kids can't say neigh .
The Trojan-horse uses his oats for bait . They're still whipping that dead-horse today !
