moving force

a busy town
feels the tremor of an earthquake
it violently shakes the ground
bringing  down many buildings
a bridge nearby
has also collapsed
taking  cars and people  with it
everywhere you look
there is devastation
dust and debris  fill  the air
as buildings continue to collapse
people all aroound
crying
their tears
 are of anguish and  despair
as they look for their loved ones
screams can be heard
coming from the rubble
as people lay trapped within
this earthquake has left
 a path of destruction
