A Gentle Pirouette

A Gentle Pirouette

Words whisper,
quiver shimmering chiffon
while heart sings,

keeps faith,

and edges its way through filters
to find love.

Vision grasps,

simplifies life's complex caverns,
and finds music in the rush of ocean waves.

Hers is a gentle pirouette;

a reflection of vitality's magic
when voice finds
its smile in expression.

We listen closely
and ears find meaning -

we hold dear these patterns
that remind our hearts
to beat.

Indeed Pamela. The heart

Indeed Pamela. The heart beats until it doesn't. But to find that space inside.....! Lovely this pirouette of yours... ~A "What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal." Albert Pine

I thank you kind poetess

I appreciate your words on this piece so much. I was beginning to wonder if I was going to have anyone reading my work and finally - a comment. I must get out there and comment more I guess. BUT all that aside, I am pleased you enjoyed this one. Art in all forms, has a way of touching the inner spirit and releasing nothing less than life energy. How lucky we are to find it when we have the opportunity. Thank you again. ~Pamela

Hang in there… sometimes I

Hang in there... sometimes I get to the site and read the poems in the stream the newest and then work backwards in reading poems sometimes I start with my poem and work forwards, depending all on when I go to the site and why. Usually it takes a few days to make the circuit. I don't get responses for 2 or 3 days. Sometimes never. That's just the way it is. Commenting helps, sometimes in exploring a new poem brewing in oneself. ~A "What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal." Albert Pine
