Who are we? What have we become?

Is the whole world asleep? or are we all walking dead?

With routine lives of fast food and starbuck's.
we wander aimlessly, trying to find happiness
our niche,or mostly ourselves.

In a chaotic world of crime and struggle for the buck
how is happiness an option in this world?

We are just machines,or so it seem's.
That keep moving, working, and eating, but for what?

I guess we all have our own reason's for continuing
this constant forward motion which is our lives.
But i guess we will all know soon enough.

But until then we will all continue our journey for the
dollar and survival,in our big human ant farm and hope
in the end its all been worth it...........

Cool

This poem contains some good thoughts and expressions of the daily struggle we call life but I'm going to tell you the same words that were given to me by someone on this site that I think well help you with your writing as they have helped me in mine. Get rid of all unnecessary words. stick with the metaphors and analogies. Try going through this one again and see if you can trim and arrange it to be less like a blog. I'm still pretty new to this stuff and found these things helpful.
