Art is the gentlest competition there is, for we do not compete against the other, but for the vast inmensity behind our closed eyes which, ironically enough, belongs to each and every one. Vividly intense imagery that excites and engages all the senses make this a very enjoyable read This stanza is classic Jayne as each drop of ink falls, it reflects its alchemy in my eyes, like drawing fraternal twins in a jade sky I am intrigued by the idea of the poem comming from some subteranian place in our well of experiences, and subconciousness, then reacting with our conciousness, as it finds it's way out, and then changing us, and adding to that well with in us in unknown ways.It's a little spooky. Like a Hypnotic process that pulls truths from our deepest recesses then building on our concious thoughts resubmerges to create a new us.What is actually being created? the poems or us or both?Or frankenstiens? I need my honey?

I liked... I see a measure of my sadness, and my joy presented as balanced scales perfectly level but they scatter apart against a northern wind Mainly because I understand these words. You've too many words that take time for me to digest, once looked up in the dictionary. xena465

No will o the wisp in your eyes, they are so iridescent and scintillating moth-soft and tiger-bright psychedelic splashes of words for this poem. You send my mind on a journey of kaleidoscopic wonder infused with the spagyrical alchemy of jade imagination, and leave me in a reverie. My goodness Jayne how did I miss this one huh? You have penned this with the lead of a pencil and with your alchemic skill have turned lead in to gold gilted with an edge of crimson and enchased with the ruby red of your heart! You have with precision balanced the precarious scales by juggling the chemistry vials content to create a superfludic write that chemical bonds to the reader like glue, with a daub of paint mixed to perfection to get a parti-coloured poem so full of life and colour but amalgamated with spirit and blended with emotion to produce a louve piece to mount and frame upon the wall! Magnificent write Jayne! You poetry art gains another notch.. what is it now 126 out of 100? You somehow exceed even your own expectations everytime I visit your page!
