Uno's paridise,

I open my eyes to a different worldfilled with sky and shades of greena haze floating low across my vistathe top of the world as Jupiter knows it I spend my day's exploring all timeMinervas hand's in each valid lessonalways stopping to smell the rose'ssearching for like spirited free soul's Some I know, some I have yet to meetwe all dine in the vast hall of Apolloour plate's filled with flora and faunaIn a cloud castle once built by Diana I retire every night with my soul mateto Venuses bed of hopes and dreamsAs we safely sleep under Cupids vigilsecure we shall wake to do it all again! Julie

I can recall the splendour of poetry

recited as thus you have spoke from books of childhood recited slowly during evening storytime and later in high school where my formal education barely saw me through yet my love of the old myth and lore has never fallen away and I am charmed with this Thank You~

Not sure but...

I think you can do without the E in Venus plural. I think you do it with just the s's. Does anyone really know? Great poem hun. ~ Gee
