A hundred flowers bloom
Gather your stones,
prepare to let fly
we'll rest on your shoulders,
we're one you and I
As weeping somme shadows
cast light on the broom,
we're all us and I,
let a hundred flowers bloom
I've been to the plains,
lotus fields and chrome peaks
seeking the words
you sought me speak,
All I encountered as I melted there
was a hundred red flowers
on a burnt railway stair
Lather your bones
clench as you sigh
your word was your word
now an eye for an eye
As day loses sight,
on crimson in bloom
float a hundred wilted petals,
it's not safe to assume
