No Hot Water But a Warm Heart
No hot water
in the shower
When I think of her
It heats right up
Laying in bed
cold, unable to sleep
Thinking of her
curled up next to me
warms me up
to help me fall asleep
Having a bad day
not able to smile
I think of her smiling face
and one pops up on mine
Missing her
thinking how far away
she is from me
Looking at her picture
knowing that
I will see her again
in the shower
When I think of her
It heats right up
Laying in bed
cold, unable to sleep
Thinking of her
curled up next to me
warms me up
to help me fall asleep
Having a bad day
not able to smile
I think of her smiling face
and one pops up on mine
Missing her
thinking how far away
she is from me
Looking at her picture
knowing that
I will see her again
