An Element of Life
Buried ships
Face the sea
With the hurting tempation
of peace,
Calling out for
Those good eyes
That arn't found
Only a breeze
Leaves Nothing in place,
Allowing the sand
To trickle its course
Down among all possibilities,
Touching the glass
And buried in place
For a seconds dissolve
And a moment is lost
Adversities prevail
With the rushing sand
Holding down
The sorrows
And frustrations
All trembles
With uncertain
Waves of remorse
As every step
Lays a mark upon the deck
Love is left to shrivel
Friends remain unnamed
And life itself erases
All at a steady pace
Evening out the horizantal blue
From where no answer returns
Face the sea
With the hurting tempation
of peace,
Calling out for
Those good eyes
That arn't found
Only a breeze
Leaves Nothing in place,
Allowing the sand
To trickle its course
Down among all possibilities,
Touching the glass
And buried in place
For a seconds dissolve
And a moment is lost
Adversities prevail
With the rushing sand
Holding down
The sorrows
And frustrations
All trembles
With uncertain
Waves of remorse
As every step
Lays a mark upon the deck
Love is left to shrivel
Friends remain unnamed
And life itself erases
All at a steady pace
Evening out the horizantal blue
From where no answer returns
