Lady Poem:

Lady Poem
A kingdom of air
Sand in the breeze
A lyric so fair
She looms in my mind
And butters my soul
She is nothing
I am less
We the twin
Made whole...

I am told that my enemy
Is so different from me
He is measured by sacrifice
And I by deceit
His women are rare
Though mine beyond compare
Yet he bleeds as men bleed
And his pain I share...

2 poems?

I find difficulty connecting the first stanza to the second...but both are excellent. Your poetry voice seems old! as if I'm reading for someone who lived hundreds of years ago yet you use today's words! this is truly great!
