And Dark is the Theatre, Tonight
The smokey grey glass
remains so dark,
that it appears as though there's a bit more time;
Time to write, to learn, and to express;
there is time enough to explore one's self
as well as to explore the choices of another
Out of sight, are the government cheese reports!
and gone are the moronic mindtraps
that tickle the ear, and cause the eye to smile.
But, in it's place is growth;
for time is like watered-down tea in comparison
to it's shadow of before.
One can learn so very much, from even poor company
Both, about one's self...
and then the dynamics that tethers a subject to a decision;
However, short-lived, a modicum of success
that might just possibly be.
For without T.V., one is totally..... free!
remains so dark,
that it appears as though there's a bit more time;
Time to write, to learn, and to express;
there is time enough to explore one's self
as well as to explore the choices of another
Out of sight, are the government cheese reports!
and gone are the moronic mindtraps
that tickle the ear, and cause the eye to smile.
But, in it's place is growth;
for time is like watered-down tea in comparison
to it's shadow of before.
One can learn so very much, from even poor company
Both, about one's self...
and then the dynamics that tethers a subject to a decision;
However, short-lived, a modicum of success
that might just possibly be.
For without T.V., one is totally..... free!
